We’ve been here at Plot No. 112/A for quite a while now. Balanagar is always busy, especially around Phase III. Getting into the Sv-Cooperative Industrial Estate in the morning can be a bit of a headache with the trucks blocking the main lane, but you get used to it. The shop is usually open early. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and checking the stock we have on hand. It gets loud around here with all the other units running their machines, but that's just how the industrial area works. Some days are slower than others. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the work done. The heat inside the unit can be a lot during the summer months, but we have a few fans that help a bit. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical space where we handle everything. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We usually grab tea from the stall just down the road around eleven. It's a regular spot for everyone working in this section of the estate. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or so, which is annoying, but we just wait it out or do paperwork by the door where there is more light. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s close to where our suppliers are. It makes sense for us to be here. It’s a bit dusty, but we keep it tidy enough for the work we do.
