We operate out of Gulshan Colony in the Toli Chowki area. Our address is 8-1-402/37. Mba Catering Services isn't a fancy restaurant; it's a kitchen where we prepare food for all kinds of gatherings. You’ll usually hear the sound of knives chopping and big pots boiling. We do a lot of local events. The smell of biryani and spices is pretty much always in the air around our place. It’s a family-style environment here. We have a crew that’s been with us for a long time. Toli Chowki is a busy neighborhood, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. Most people find us because they ate our food at a friend's wedding or a party. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right ingredients from the local markets. It’s a lot of work getting everything ready on time, especially for large orders. We have to worry about the transport and making sure the food stays hot. There are days when things get really hectic, especially during the wedding season. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking. It’s what we know how to do. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the plates are full and the guests are satisfied. It is a messy job sometimes with all the cleaning up, but we stay at it every day.
