Hitex Build4India 2012

Hitex Build4India 2012 is over here on the first floor of the Trade Fair Office Building in Izzat Nagar. It is a busy spot, especially when there is a show going on downstairs or in the exhibition halls next door. Most days we are just sitting at our desks, sorting through paperwork and making sure the floor plans are ready for whatever is coming up next. The building itself is pretty easy to find once you get into the Izzat Nagar area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just walking back and forth to the grounds to check on things. It is not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get things done. Sometimes the noise from the construction or the setup for the next event gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while. We have been in this space for a bit now, and the routine is mostly the same. We come in early, grab some chai, and start looking at the schedules. There is always something that needs fixing or a vendor who needs to find their specific spot on the map. It is practical work. We do not have much in the way of decor, just the essentials like computers and a few stacks of brochures from past events. It is a good place to work if you do not mind a bit of chaos during the big weeks. We just keep our heads down and handle the logistics.
