Euroflex Transmissions (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd., A Rexnord Company

We are located at 99 C.I.E. in Gandhinagar, Balanagar. The full name on our legal papers is Euroflex Transmissions (India) Pvt. Ltd., and we are part of the Rexnord family, but to most people around here, we are just the transmission shop in the industrial estate. The building is a big one, and we have a lot of space for the production lines. It’s an older area of Balanagar, so the surroundings have that worn-in industrial look that comes with years of heavy work. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of metal and machinery. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been here since the start and some newer faces. We don't really go for the corporate lifestyle even though we are part of a bigger global company. Our daily life is more about checking the specs on a coupling or making sure the shipping crates are ready to go. The break room is where we usually hang out, and the conversation is usually about cricket or family stuff rather than talking about business plans or whatever. We take pride in the stuff we make, but we don't feel the need to shout about it. It’s just a solid place to work where the jobs get done and people look out for each other. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Balanagar traffic, but we’re used to it. We keep moving forward.
