Balaji Refrigeration Company

We have been running things here at Shop No.11 in Ram'S Enclave for a good while now. It is right across from Allwyn Bhavan in the Erragadda area. It's a pretty busy spot, and the noise from the road never really stops. We mostly deal with refrigerators and different types of cooling units that people bring in. It's not a fancy place by any means. We have our tools scattered around, and there is usually a fridge or two taken apart on the floor. My brother and I handle most of the walk-ins and the phone calls. Sometimes we are out on a job at someone's house, so the shop might be closed for an hour or two. We try to get back as soon as we can. The summer months are the hardest because everyone's fridge seems to break at the same time. We stay late a lot during those weeks. We've seen all the old models and the new ones too. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to work the machines. The spare parts are kept in the back, though it takes a bit of digging to find exactly what we need sometimes. We like being in Erragadda because we know the people around here. It is just a small local business trying to keep things cold for the neighbors. Nothing more to it than that, really.
