Mishra Engg. is located at Plot No.1/2 in Balaji Nagar, which is over in Sector-16A of Gandhidham. We are right near the Safron School, so we often hear the kids playing outside during their afternoon break. It is a dusty part of town, like most of Gandhidham tends to be, but it is a good spot for an engineering workshop. We have some heavy machinery in the back area and a small office space in the front. I started this place because I saw a need for reliable metal work in this sector. Most of my day is spent in my work clothes, getting my hands dirty with the machines. It is loud work, and the heat inside the metal shed can get pretty intense during the summer afternoons. We do not have any polished sales people or receptionists. If you come here, you just talk directly to me or one of the mechanics on the floor. We fix things and make custom parts for the local factories nearby. The school next door is a very good landmark for people who are trying to find the plot for the first time. We have been in Balaji Nagar for a while now, and most of the other business owners on this street are friends. We share tools and help each other out whenever a truck breaks down or something goes wrong. It is a hard-working neighborhood.
