Our office is set up in Padrauna, specifically near Bauli Chowk. We’re at Ashok Kushwaha’s place, which serves as the home base for Duologue Infotech Private Limited. Kushinagar is a quiet enough place compared to the big cities, but Bauli Chowk still has its fair share of noise and people moving about. We aren't some high-tech firm with glass walls. It’s a very local operation, and we like it that way. Most of our work is done on laptops, and we don't need much more than a decent internet connection and some quiet time. Though, finding quiet near a chowk isn't always easy. We’ve got a few people who come in and out depending on what we are working on. It’s a bit of an informal setup, but we manage to stay organized enough to get the work out. People in Padrauna know who we are, and we don't really feel the need to shout about it. It’s just a group of us trying to do something with technology in a place that’s more known for its history than its software. We don't have any corporate policies that are twenty pages long. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to be done for the day. It's a simple way to run things, and it keeps the stress levels down for the most part.
