True Point

Our place is on the top floor along Pipli Road, right across from Soni Hospital. If you get to Aggersain Chowk, you're pretty much there. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we like being up here away from the street noise. We started True Point because there was an empty space and we had some ideas for a local business. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend most of our days dealing with paperwork and talking to people who walk in. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we usually have the fan going full blast. Sometimes we run out of tea leaves, and someone has to run down to the market. We don't have any fancy signs or neon lights, just a simple board so you know you're in the right place. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they were visiting the hospital across the street. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes papers get piled up when we're busy. It's just a normal working day for us here. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just helping folks out with what they need. You’ll usually find one of us typing away or chatting with a customer. It's a quiet enough spot once you get inside and shut the door behind you for a minute.
