You can find us at Shop No 7 in the Gurudwara 6th Patshahi Market, right by the Kurukshetra University area. We are also quite close to the Shanihit Sarovar, which is a nice landmark for people who aren't from around here. The shop is small, but it’s in a good location where students and locals pass by all the time. We do a bit of everything related to travel like train tickets, flights, and sometimes local taxi bookings. The market is always lively, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a stroll. We have a couple of chairs inside for customers, though it gets a bit tight if more than three people come in at once. Our computer is a few years old but it still gets the job done for booking portals. We keep a stack of timetables on the desk, even though most things are online now. It feels more reliable to have it on paper. Sometimes we have to close for an hour in the afternoon to run errands or grab lunch. We aren't a big chain with a call center. When you call us, you're talking to the same person who will print your ticket. We know most of the shopkeepers nearby, so there’s always someone to chat with when things are slow. It’s a decent way to earn a living without having to travel too far from home.
