Hanu Tours And Travels

Our business, Hanu Tours and Travels, is right on the main G T Road in Pipli. Being on NH 1 means we get a lot of travelers passing through between Delhi and Chandigarh. It’s a noisy spot with the trucks rumbled by, but you can’t beat it for visibility. We have a small office where we manage our fleet of cars and drivers. It’s mostly just me and a helper keeping track of who is where. We started with just one car years ago and slowly added a couple more when we could afford it. The office floor is a bit uneven, and the paint is peeling in the corners, but it doesn't stop us from working. We don't have a fancy website or an app; people usually just call my mobile number or drop in. We provide rides for people going to the city or maybe to a temple nearby. We try to keep our drivers on time, but traffic on the highway is unpredictable. Sometimes a tire goes flat or a engine acts up, and we have to scramble to find a replacement. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don’t offer luxury tours or anything like that. It’s just basic transport for regular people. We keep a jug of water and some glasses for anyone who stops by. It’s a humble setup, but we've been here long enough to know what we're doing.
