Vandavagili Farmers Producer Company Limited is based in the Sc Colony of Vandavagili Village. This is over in Holagunda Mandal in Kurnool. Our office is at H. No.4/34. We work directly with the farmers in this area. It’s a producer company, so it’s all about the people who grow the crops. We don't spend our time in big fancy meetings. Most of our day is spent at the village level, talking about seeds, the weather, and what the markets are doing. It is practical, earthy work. We help collect the produce and find better ways to get it sold. Sometimes the harvests are great, and other times we all struggle a bit when the rain doesn't fall. That’s just the life of a farmer. We have a simple building where we keep our records and meet with the members. It isn't a corporate setup. It’s more like a community center for the local growers. We try to make sure everyone gets a fair shake. We’ve been part of Vandavagili for a long time, and we know the land around here. It’s hard work and the hours are long during harvest time, but it feels right to be doing this. We don’t use any marketing tricks. We just work with what the land gives us and try to help the village move forward together.
