We are based out of Kondapeta in the Rajiv Nagar area of Dhone, over in Kurnool District. It’s a busy spot, especially when the fruit seasons hit and the trucks start lining up. We handle a lot of fruits and vegetables that come from the local farms around here. Our warehouse is usually full of crates and the smell of whatever is in season, like mangoes or onions. It’s a noisy place with people shouting and loaders moving things around constantly. We spend most of our time making sure the quality is good enough to be sent away. If it’s not right, we don’t send it; it’s as simple as that. The office is tucked into a corner of the building, and it’s usually piled high with shipping forms and bills of lading. We’ve been in Dhone for a long time, so we know the local growers and how they work. It gets very dusty in this part of Kurnool, and we’re always sweeping the floors, but it doesn’t stay clean for long. We don’t have a fancy website or a PR person. We just have a bunch of people who know how to pack a crate so the food doesn't spoil on the long trip. It’s a lot of long hours during the peak months, but we just get through it together. That’s just the way the export business works around here when you are in the middle of it.
