Sumeru Training And Staffing Solutions has been around Kurnool for a bit now. We operate out of H.No:B/B-426 in B.Camp. It is just a regular house turned into an office where we handle training and finding staff for people who need it. Sudheer Babu is the one who really looks after things here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a few desks and some chairs where we talk to folks. People come by when they are looking for work or when a business needs a few extra hands to get a job done. It is pretty straightforward. The neighborhood is quiet enough, and we like being part of the local scene here in 518002. Sometimes it gets a bit busy when a big project comes in, but mostly we just keep at it day by day. We deal with all sorts of staffing needs, trying to figure out who fits where. It isn't always easy, matching people to roles, but it is what we do. We have been in B.Camp long enough that most people know where the Sudheer Babu house is. If you are walking around the area, you might miss us if you aren't looking, but we are there. Just a local spot trying to help out with training and jobs without making a huge fuss about it. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door.
