Stepahead Consultants

We are located in the B-Camp area of Kurnool, specifically at H.No: B/B-18. This is where Stepahead Consultants operates. It’s a more personal setup than what you might find in a big city high-rise. We are basically working out of a local house, which makes the whole thing feel a bit more relaxed and homey. N. Roopa and the rest of the family have deep roots here in Andhra Pradesh. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist at a glass desk. It’s just us in a comfortable room with some computers and phones. We spend our time trying to help people move forward in their careers. It’s a lot of looking at resumes and calling up companies to see who is hiring. The neighborhood is quiet and we like it that way because it lets us focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello while we’re working on a placement. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. We are a small team that cares about the local community in Kurnool. We don't use any fancy business talk or try to sell people on things they don't need. We just look at what skills someone has and try to find a place where those skills fit.
