Jr Engg

Jr Engg is based out of H No 3-117 in Dandageri, Kurnool. It’s a local operation and we work right from this address. Kurnool is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, especially in areas like Dandageri. We do engineering work, mostly focused on small projects and local needs. Our office is just a room in the house where we have our computers and files set up. It is nothing fancy, just a practical place to get work done. We don't have a secretary or a big staff. It is usually just one or two of us handling everything from the site visits to the final reports. The pace here is a bit different than the big cities, which we like. We can take our time to make sure things are done correctly without too much stress. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a project they are thinking about. We don't mind. It's part of living and working in the same place. We use standard tools and keep our records in simple ledgers. When we need to go out to a site, we just hop on the bike and head out. It is a basic way of doing things but it has worked for us so far. We are just regular people doing engineering jobs in our own corner of Andhra Pradesh.
