Hapvilla Builders Private Limited is run out of Indane Nagar in Jagir Reddipati. We are located at No. 4/80-B. It is a local operation, nothing too fancy at all. A G Padmanaban and the rest of us spend most of our time dealing with building stuff. Whether it is houses or other structures, we are usually right in the middle of it. The office is a place to keep the books and meet with people who are looking to build something. It is not always quiet here; there is usually a lot of talk about costs and materials. We have had our ups and downs like any other business, but we keep at it. Building takes a lot of coordination between different trades, and we spend a lot of time on our phones making sure everyone shows up when they should. Sometimes they do not, and we have to shuffle the whole schedule around. That is just life in the construction world. We do not use any big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. We just show them what we have built before. Indane Nagar is a good neighborhood, and we have built a few things close by. We like being part of the local community. It makes the work feel more personal to us. If you see us around, we are probably heading to a site or coming back from one. We just try to do honest work.
