Kpdl has a presence over in Sreeramachandranagar in Kurnool. Andhra Pradesh can get incredibly hot, and our office here is no exception during the peak of summer. We rely heavily on our air conditioning to keep the place habitable while we work. The area is a bit more residential and quiet compared to the big city hubs, which we actually like. It means there is less noise and fewer distractions when we are trying to get through our pile of work. The building itself is pretty plain, just a standard concrete structure that keeps the sun out. Inside, we have our basic office setup with a few computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and some filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. We handle various local operations from here, and the team is mostly made up of people from the nearby area. We tend to start our day early to beat the worst of the heat and finish up before it gets too late. There isn't anything flashy about how we operate. We just sit at our desks, talk to each other about what needs to be done, and get through it. Sometimes we have visitors from the main office, but usually, it is just us. It is a steady, predictable environment where we know our roles and we don't feel the need to complicate things with unnecessary meetings or fancy titles. We just do our bit.
