Rayos Techpro Llp

Rayos Techpro Llp is based out of Shamshi, which is a small spot in the Kullu valley. We are located near Kashmiri Lal's place, which most locals can point out to you. It is not a very big office, just a practical space where we handle our daily tech tasks. Being in Kullu means the weather is usually nice, although it gets quite cold in the winters. We spend a lot of our time sitting at our desks and working through various projects. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of the people who work with us heard about us from someone else. That is how things go here. We try to keep our operations straightforward. There are no fancy titles or corporate dress codes in this office. We just wear what is comfortable and focus on the work. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs to be finished, and other times we finish early if things are quiet. It is a very normal way of running a business. We like the local community here and try to be helpful when we can. If you walk by, you will probably see a few of us drinking tea and staring at screens. That is just our life. We have been an LLP for a while now and it feels like a good fit for us. It keeps us organized without being too complicated for a small team in the mountains.
