Atithi Sweets & Bhojnalaya

Our shop is located in Model Town, Manali, which is pretty close to the main Mall Road. We have been here for a few years now, serving both sweets and regular meals. It’s a small place, so it can get a bit cramped when the tourists start arriving in the summer. During the winter, it’s a lot quieter, and we mostly see the local shopkeepers coming in for their tea and some snacks. The kitchen is always running because we make the sweets fresh every morning. I usually handle the counter myself. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of guys who have been with me since we started. Manali is a beautiful place, but the work here is hard, especially when the snow starts. We don't use any of those big marketing agencies to get people in. Most of our customers just walk in because they smell the food or they want something sweet to take home. The tables are basic and we don't have any of those fancy decorations you see in the newer cafes. It’s just a practical spot to sit down and eat a proper meal without spending too much money. We try to keep things simple and honest. If you are walking around Model Town near the Mall, you’ll see our sign. We are usually there from morning until late at night, just doing our daily routine.
