Anirudh Tiles

Anirudh Tiles is located at Plot No.398 in Akhara Bazar. If you know the Akhara area, you know how crowded the bazar can get. We’ve been here for several years now, surrounded by other shops and people going about their business. The shop itself is basically just a big room filled with stacks of tiles. It’s heavy work, moving those boxes around all day. Sometimes my back really feels it by the evening. We try to keep a good variety of patterns, though things get dusty pretty fast with all the ceramic. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the inventory. If someone comes in looking for something specific, we usually have to dig through the stacks to find it. The location is good because people can just stop by while they’re doing their other shopping. We aren't fancy people. We don't wear uniforms or have a glossy catalog to show you. You just look at what’s on the floor. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors when it’s a slow afternoon. The bazar is a lively place, and we like being part of it. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years at Plot No.398. It’s a simple life, selling tiles and making sure the shop stays in order. We don't make big claims, we just show you what we have and tell you the price.
