We run Am Pm up here in Pandoh, near the 239 Military transit camp in the seyogi area. It’s a bit of a specific location in Mandi, but it works for us. Being near the camp means we see a lot of people coming and going. The air is different up here compared to the bigger cities. We’ve been here for a while, just taking things day by day. It’s a simple shop, really. We don’t have any big corporate backing or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the shelves are stocked and the place is open when people need us. Sometimes the weather gets a bit rough in Mandi, but we stay open as much as we can. The regulars are mostly folks from the transit camp or people living nearby in seyogi. We know most of them by name now. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when a big group comes through. We don’t do much advertising; people just find us because we’re right there on the road. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it's sturdy and keeps the rain out. We just want to provide what people need without any extra fuss. If you’re passing through Pandoh, you’ll likely spot us near the military gate. It’s a handy location for a quick stop. We keep a pot of tea going for the staff most mornings.
