Our place is located out on 289/2, Denkanikottai Road, right near the Mathigiri Road intersection in Nagondapalli. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren’t used to the roads out here, but we like being where we are. Dealing with clay and minerals means we need a lot of space for the raw materials and the processing equipment. It’s dusty work, and there’s always something moving around the yard. We spend a lot of time checking the loads coming in and making sure the storage bins are handled right. The guys on the floor have been with us for a long time and they know the textures and types of minerals better than anyone. We don't spend much time in the office; most of the day is spent out where the actual work happens. The trucks come and go all day long on the road. It’s a steady pace, nothing too frantic, but we stay on it to keep the pile from getting too high. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit messy, especially when it rains and the clay gets sticky, but that’s part of the job. We just keep the machinery running and handle the minerals as they come. It’s straightforward work. No one here wears a suit unless they have to for some special meeting. We just focus on the earth and what we can do with it without making a big production out of everything.
