We’re based out of Uthangarai, which is a nice enough town to run a business in. We handle technology work, which mostly means we spend our time on computers and dealing with various technical issues for people. Our office isn't some glass building in a big city; it’s just a practical space here in town where we can get our work done without too many distractions. There are only a few of us, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from fixing hardware to looking at code. We started this because we wanted to provide some tech help to the local area instead of everyone having to go far away for help. It’s not always easy being a smaller outfit, but we manage just fine. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We mostly just rely on people in Uthangarai knowing who we are and what we do. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times we have three things breaking at once. We just take it as it comes. We like the pace of life here. When you walk in, you’ll see our desks cluttered with parts and notebooks. We don't bother with corporate talk or fancy titles. We’re just regular people who happen to be good with technology. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can fix. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us.
