If you come out to the Sipcot Industrial Complex Phase 2 in Hosur, you’ll find us at E 1. It’s a bit of an industrial area, so there are factories and trucks moving around nearby all the time. Our school sits right in the middle of all that activity. We have been here for a while, serving the families who live and work around the complex. The morning air can be a bit crisp before the sun really gets up. We spend a lot of time maintaining the grounds because the dust from the industrial area can get everywhere if you aren't careful. It’s a big space and we try to make it feel a bit more like a community spot than just a building. The hallways are usually full of kids’ drawings and notices about the next sports day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just the teachers and the support staff making sure things run. We fix the chairs when they wobble and make sure there is enough water in the coolers. Life here is pretty straightforward. People drop their kids off, we do our part, and they go home. It gets quiet in the evenings after the last bus pulls out of the Sipcot gates. Then we just get ready to do it all over again the next day. It’s a solid routine that seems to suit the people in Hosur just fine. We just try to keep things moving forward and stay useful to the neighborhood.
