Tasty Foods

Our place is out in Gudisaganapalli near the Onnalvadi Post. It is much quieter here than in the big cities. We have a small setup where we prepare everything. Most of the day is spent handling ingredients and making sure things are packed correctly. We don't have a big fancy factory. It is more of a local kitchen feel. The air is fresh out here which is nice. We start early when the sun is just coming up. The road to the post office is where we go to send out what we make. There isn't much traffic around here except for the occasional tractor or bus. We keep our records in a simple notebook. It is easier than trying to use a computer all the time. Sometimes the neighbors come by to see what we are cooking. We give them a taste and they tell us what they think. It is a very direct way of doing things. We don't have a marketing department or a spokesperson. It is just us and the food. The building is simple with plain walls and a tin roof that sounds like a drum when it rains. We like the pace of life here. It allows us to focus on the cooking without too many distractions. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't need much else besides a good harvest and steady hands.
