Oyisto Foods

We are out here at No. 77-A in the Sipcot Industrial Complex. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s all about manufacturing and production. Oyisto Foods is right in the thick of it. The air around here usually smells like whatever we are processing that day. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We spend most of our time on the floor, making sure the machines are running and the quality is what it should be. It’s not a quiet job. There’s always the hum of the equipment and the sound of people shouting over the noise to get things done. We don't really have a fancy office for visitors. Most of our day is just the hard work we put in. We wear our uniforms, we watch the clocks, and we try to get the orders out on time. Sometimes a machine breaks down and everyone has to scramble to fix it, which can be stressful, but that’s just the food business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that does its job well. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on your feet. The industrial complex is a tough place to work sometimes, especially in the heat, but we’re used to it now. We just focus on the food and getting it packaged right for whoever needs it.
