Supervisor

I work as a Supervisor out in Hosur which is in the Krishnagiri District of Tamilnadu. My zip code is 635109 and this whole area is full of industry and growth. Being a supervisor means I am mostly on my feet all day moving from one spot to another. It isn't an office job where you sit in a chair and look at a screen for eight hours. I’m usually out where the actual work is happening. The weather in Hosur can be a bit unpredictable so I always keep a jacket and an umbrella in my truck. People here work hard and I just try to make sure things go according to the plan we have for the day. I grew up around this part of Tamilnadu and I have seen it change a lot over the years. There are more factories now and the roads are much busier than they used to be. I don't have a big company name to hide behind, just my role and my location. It’s a straightforward life and the work is honest. I don't use any fancy management talk. I just tell people what needs doing and we get it done. Sometimes there are problems but we fix them and move on to the next task. It’s how things work out here on the ground. You have to be ready for anything when you are managing a site in this district.
