Our place is situated right on N.H.7, near the Kamandoddi Post in the Krishnagiri district. We’ve got a few survey numbers here—13, 14, and 21. It’s a good bit of land. Being near the highway means we see a lot of trucks and traffic going past all day long. We do impex work, which means we are always busy with paperwork and moving boxes around. The warehouse can get pretty hot in the afternoon sun, but we have a good rhythm going. Our staff comes from the local villages nearby, so it feels like a family business even if we are a private limited company on paper. We spend a lot of time checking the labels and making sure everything matches up with the crates. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait to get things filed, which can be frustrating, but that’s just life out here. We don't have a big corporate office in the city; we prefer being where the goods actually are. You can usually find us in the yard or near the loading docks. There is always a lot of dust from the road, but you get used to it. We just try to keep our customers happy by getting their stuff where it needs to go without too much fuss. It’s a lot of coordination and simple hard work every day. We are just glad to have a steady business on the highway.
