Our place of business is located at 2-5 on Bandar Road in the Poranki area. We have been operating from this exact spot for a good while now. It is more of a small distribution point and a simple office than a regular walk-in retail shop for the public. We handle a variety of different supplies and goods that eventually go out to other smaller businesses located around Poranki. Bandar Road is almost always noisy with heavy traffic and honking, which is fine for our logistics but makes it hard to have a quiet conversation in the front office. The building we are in is a bit old, and the blue paint is peeling off in some of the corners, but it is sturdy enough for the work we do. We spend a lot of our time loading and then unloading heavy crates from the back of the transport trucks. My wooden desk is usually buried under a pile of invoices, receipts, and delivery notes. It is not the most organized looking place to an outsider, but I know exactly where every single item is kept. We do not have a big team of employees, just a few local guys who really know the back roads of this district well. Sometimes the heavy monsoon rain floods the front step a little bit, so we have to move the dry stock to the higher shelves quickly. We aren't trying to impress visitors.
