It’s mostly just trucks coming in and out, bags of cement being stacked, and a lot of dust from the work. We deal with the local builders and people just trying to put up a house or a wall. Most of the guys working here are from the nearby villages, so we all know each other. Sometimes the heat gets pretty bad, but we keep things moving as best as we can. We don't really do the big corporate talk. We just focus on getting the loads out on time. There’s always someone around to help with loading or to answer a quick question about what we have in stock. It’s a straightforward business. We know the roads around here can be a bit rough, so we try to coordinate the transport so nobody is waiting too long. It’s just how we do things here in this part of the district. We’re glad to be a small part of how this area is growing.
