We are based out of Guntupalli, which is a bit outside the main city of Vijayawada. Specifically, we're in the Wagon Work Shop Colony at H. No: 73-E. It’s a quiet area mostly, though you can hear the trains sometimes because of the workshop nearby. This office is where we handle recruitment processes. It's a lot of calling people and checking resumes. We have rows of desks and everyone has their own headphones. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We’ve been here in the Krishna District for a while now. The colony itself is quite green and has a local feel to it. We usually bring our lunches and eat together in the small break area. It’s not a fancy setup, just some computers and chairs and a lot of wires. Sometimes the internet is great, other days we have to wait for things to load. That’s just life here. We work regular hours, though sometimes we stay late if a client needs something urgent. It’s a straightforward job. We don’t really do big corporate events. We just come in, do our work, and head home to our families. It’s a practical way to run things. The weather here in Andhra Pradesh gets very hot, so we’re grateful for the air conditioning we have in the main room. We often have to clear away files just to find a spot for our tea mugs.
