The name we use for the work is Customer Care Executive And Back End In Icici Home Loams And. It is a long name for a fairly simple operation. We mostly handle the paperwork and the customer queries that come in regarding home loans. It is back-end work, so there is a lot of typing and checking documents. The office is just a part of the building here in the colony. It is not a corporate headquarters or anything like that. We have a couple of computers and a lot of files. Machilipatnam is a quiet town, and our street is usually pretty calm. We start early in the morning to beat the heat. Most of the work is done over the phone or through the system. We don't really have visitors, as everything is handled remotely or through the main bank channels. It is just about making sure the entries are correct and the customers get their answers.
