Manepalli Technologies Private Limited

Our spot is at 40-5/4-3 in Shyam Nagar, right on Tikkle Road. It's in Vijayawada, so you can imagine it gets pretty hot during the summer months. We have our little setup here at Manepalli Technologies Private Limited where we spend most of our time. It’s a pretty busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside. Inside, it's just a regular workspace. We’ve got desks, some old chairs, and our computers. We don't really bother with decorations or looking fancy. We just focus on getting the work finished. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it is here in Andhra Pradesh. We've got a small group of people who have been together for a while. Tikkle Road is a well-known street, so it’s easy for people to find us. We usually just keep to ourselves and do our thing. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough. There’s a tea stall not far away where we usually go when we need a break. It feels like a very local, down-to-earth operation. We don’t have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just want to do a good job and go home at the end of the day. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for us.
