At Lanco Infratech L.T.D, we are based out in Kondapalli, which is near Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. R. Harsha Vardhan works as the assistant admin here and keeps things running at the office. Kondapalli is a well-known area, mostly for the hills and the toys, but for us, it’s just where we work. We don't have a big skyscraper or a fancy lobby. Lanco Infratech L.T.D is a practical operation. We have our space, our desks, and our daily list of things to do. Vijayawada is just a short trip away, which is helpful for logistics, but we prefer the vibe in Kondapalli. It’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We aren't the type of company that puts out a lot of promotional material. We just exist here and do our part. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it serves its purpose for the staff and the admin work. We like the local feel of the place. It feels more like a community than a corporate zone. People around here know the Lanco name and we try to just be a normal part of the local economy. There isn't a lot of mystery to what we do. We just come in, handle the paperwork and the project details, and try to stay productive. It’s an honest way to work and Kondapalli is a good place for it.
