We’re located out in Kondapalli, which is near Vijayawada. It’s a well-known area, especially with the industrial activity around here. Being Lanco Infratech Limited, we have a big presence in this spot because of the power plants and infrastructure work nearby. The air usually smells like dust and machinery, which is just part of the everyday life for us. It’s a hardworking place. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby or anything like that. Our office is more about utility. There are a lot of people in uniforms and hard hats moving around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site reports. The sun can be really intense here, so the shade is always appreciated. We’ve been part of the Kondapalli landscape for years. Most people in the area know someone who works with us or has worked here in the past. It’s a big part of the local economy. We deal with a lot of heavy equipment and technical stuff that requires a lot of attention to detail. Things can get a bit messy with all the activity, but we try to stay on top of the schedules. It’s not a nine-to-five kind of place really; the work goes on as long as it needs to. We just get on with it. It’s simple, honest work that keeps the lights on for a lot of people. We’re just a bunch of folks doing our jobs and trying to keep the machines running without too much trouble.
