Cinagro Foods Pvt Ltd

Our company, Cinagro Foods, is located out in Gandrai Village, which is part of Jaggayyapet Mandal. We are right near Suresh Cycle Shop, a landmark most people in the village know. Even though we have "Pvt Ltd" in our name, we are very much a local operation. We deal with food processing, mostly taking what’s grown in the nearby fields and getting it ready for sale. The facility is a basic building with some machines and storage space. It can get pretty hot inside during the summer months. We employ a few people from the village to help with the sorting and packing. It’s not a high-tech place, just a practical setup that works for us. We spend a lot of time coordinating with local farmers. Sometimes the crops aren't great, or the rains come at the wrong time, and we just have to adapt. We don't have a big sales team. We mostly talk to wholesalers who come by to pick up loads. The road near the cycle shop gets busy with tractors and bikes, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the bags are weighed correctly. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of inventory. We’ve been at this for a while and just take it one day at a time.
