Our office is located at 43 100 07 in Pt Colony, Asnagar, right here in Vijayawada. We do a lot of consulting work for infrastructure projects, which sounds more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, it just means we spend a lot of time looking at maps, site plans, and government forms. It is a lot of desk work, but we also head out to sites when we need to see things for ourselves. Akshaya Infra Consultant Pvt Ltd isn't some giant international firm. We’re a local team that knows how things work in this part of Andhra Pradesh. The office usually has piles of blueprints and stacks of files everywhere. It’s not the most stylish place, but it’s where we get our thinking done. The heat in Vijayawada can be pretty intense, so we appreciate our ceiling fans. We don't have a big PR department or anything like that. We just take on projects from people we know or who have heard about us. It can be a bit slow with the bureaucracy sometimes, which gets frustrating, but we just keep pushing through the paperwork. We try to give honest advice about what can actually be built. It’s a lot of technical details and making sure the numbers add up correctly. We just come in every morning and handle whatever the current project requires without making a big fuss about it.
