Zamorin Projects Private Limited is located at Club Junction in Ernakulam. We’re in Room 1/94, which is in Ward 4. It’s a handy spot because a lot is happening in this part of Kerala. We focus on various projects around the city. It’s not always easy, especially with the rain and the logistics of moving things around in Ernakulam, but we manage. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the planning done and meet with people. We started this company because we saw how much construction and development was needed here. We’re just regular people trying to build something that lasts. Every project has its own set of problems, and we spend a lot of time just talking through solutions. It’s a bit of a juggling act sometimes. We don’t use any of those big words to describe what we do. We just look at a site, figure out the steps, and then start working. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up. The team here knows the local area well, which helps a lot when you’re trying to get things approved or find the right materials nearby. We just keep moving forward, one project at a time, trying to do right by the people who hire us. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but seeing a finished building makes it worth the effort. We’re just glad to be working here in Ernakulam and doing our part for the city.
