Yesha Homes Private Limited is run from Flat 19 D at Burj Alhindkaraparamba in West Hill. It’s a bit different because our office is in an apartment building, but it works for us. We are right here in the West Hill area. We focus on residential stuff, mostly homes for people like us. We aren't a big corporate developer with thousands of employees. It's just a small group. We spend our time looking at plans and trying to find the right spots for new houses. Since we are in an apartment ourselves, we understand what people want in a home. We don't do any big advertising. Usually, we just meet people through friends or people we've worked with before. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes we meet clients in the coffee shop nearby because our office is a bit small. We don't mind. We talk about budgets and bricks and how long things will take. We try to be honest about how slow things can move sometimes. The paperwork for building can be a real headache in Kerala, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over the years. We just keep plugging away at it. We like being based in West Hill. It’s a good community and we’re happy to be a part of it. It is just a practical way to run a business.
