If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Chathamangalam Panchayat Office. It is the Cp 5/1034 spot in the Palakkutty Building. Being in the P.Onit area of Calicut keeps us pretty busy most days. Kozhikode has its own way of doing things, and we just try to keep up with it. Welldone Builders Llp is a small team. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we handle the paperwork and take calls. We have been in this 673601 area for a while now. Most people around here know the building because of the Panchayat office right there. It makes it easy to give directions. We spend our mornings talking to crews and our afternoons trying to get the books straight. It gets loud outside sometimes with the traffic, but you get used to it. We just focus on the building work that needs doing. There isn't any big secret to how we operate. We just show up at the Palakkutty Building and get to work. Kerala weather can be a bit of a pain for construction, but we make it work somehow. If you drop by, someone is usually sitting there at the desk. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace for local builders who know the Kozhikode area well enough to get by. Most of our staff have been around here their whole lives. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the humidity while we look at floor plans. It is a very normal way to spend a work day.
