Vascobrick Developers Private Limited is situated at Vellodathil, which is part of the Manha Residency on Kadalundi - Vakadavu Road. We are based in Kadalundi, Kozhikode. The office is right there on the road, so we see a lot of the local traffic going by every day. Developing land and building with bricks is what we do mostly. We’ve been around this part of Kerala for quite some time now. The area near the Vakadavu Road is where we spend most of our time, either at the office or out at one of the plots we’re working on. It’s a straightforward business. We buy materials, we hire workers, and we build things. There’s no secret to it, just a lot of hard work and making sure the measurements are right. The office at Manha Residency is where we keep all our records and meet with people who want to start a project. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for us. We don't go in for big presentations or anything fancy. We’d rather just show someone a site we’ve finished. Sometimes the humidity makes the work slow, and sometimes the supply of bricks is a bit thin, but we always find a way to keep things moving. We’re just a local team doing our best to build things that will stay standing for a long time. It’s about keeping the sites clean and the walls straight.
