Our office is in the K C Building over in Kannadikkal. It’s identified as 10/1898, and it’s a pretty standard place where we handle our construction business. Kannadikkal is a decent area to work from, and being in the K C Building makes it easy for folks to find us when they need to talk about a project. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of building stuff. The office is usually a bit messy because there are always samples of materials or site drawings everywhere. It’s just how we work. We don’t really have a front desk person or a waiting room, so if you walk in, you’re likely to just run into one of us busy with a calculator or on the phone. We try to stay organized, but in construction, something always comes up that needs immediate attention. We know this neighborhood well and have worked on several things around here over the years. It’s mostly about getting the right people on the job and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. We don’t really do big advertising; most of our work comes from people just knowing us in the area. We like the hands-on aspect of the job and being based right here in this building helps us stay close to where the action is. Every project has its own set of problems, but we just deal with them.
