Townin Media LLP is based in the West Hill area of Calicut. We are located on the ground floor of the MKS Building, which is right there at 1/844 L. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators or stairs when we are carrying gear in and out. The office is a straightforward space where we handle all our media business. It's usually busy, with people coming in and out or phones ringing at odd times. We are a small group and we prefer it that way. It makes it easier to talk to each other and get things decided quickly. Kozhikode has a great energy, and West Hill is a nice part of it to be situated in. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. Our kitchen area is just a kettle and some biscuits, which is all we really need most days. We focus on the work itself rather than trying to look impressive. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that's just part of the atmosphere. We have been here for a bit now and we know the neighborhood well. People know us as the team in the MKS Building who stays busy. We just try to be helpful and get the media projects finished on time without any unnecessary drama. It’s a decent way to earn a living for all of us.
