Tlyfood operates out of Building No. 287/17, which is known locally as P C Villa in the Parambil area. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood around the Parambil post office, and our workspace fits right in. Running some massive industrial factory isn't what we do here. Instead, it’s a much smaller, more personal setup. Most of the day is spent sorting through raw materials and getting them packaged for the local market. The building itself is just a standard villa that we’ve converted for our needs. It can get a bit crowded inside when we have a lot of stock coming in at once, but organizing the space has become easier over time. There is no receptionist or a fancy office in this building. If someone needs to buy something or talk to us, they usually just knock on the door. Knowing most of our regular customers by their faces makes the work more pleasant. The humidity here in Kozhikode can make the work feel a bit heavy some days, though we just keep the fans going and get on with it. Big slogans or missions don't really exist in our world. Providing decent food products and making enough to keep the lights on is the main goal. This is a very practical, local business. Fancy English or marketing talk isn't used because that’s just not who we are. Regular people doing a regular job is the best way to describe us. We just keep the routine going and hope for the best.
