THAMARASSERY NASS CONSTRUCTION LLP

Thamaraisery Nass Construction LLP is based in Koodathai Bazar, over in the Omassery area of Kozhikode. Our building is number OP/199 H. It is a busy little bazaar, and we like being right in the middle of it. We do a lot of our business by just talking to people who walk in or who we know from around town. Construction in this part of Kozhikode keeps us on our toes. There is always someone looking to build a house or fix up an old shop. We handle the planning and the actual building part of the work. It is a lot of work coordinating the trucks and the workers, especially when the roads are narrow. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly hear about us through word of mouth. We focus on getting the walls up and the roof on without too much fuss. Sometimes the rain in Kerala slows everything down for weeks, and we just have to wait it out. That is just part of the job here. Our office in Koodathai is where we keep all the site maps and the permit papers. It is a simple space. We are not trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just want to do a decent job so that we can keep working in this community for a long time. It is a local business, and we take that seriously.
