Team Live Constructions LLP is located at 7/152 A in Arachalil Purayil, which is in the Muriyanal area of Kozhikode. It is a local spot that we know very well. We started this because we saw a lot of people needing help with building their homes and shops around here. Our office is a straightforward place where we do our planning and meet with folks who have projects in mind. We do not have a corporate structure with lots of bosses. It is just us making sure the work gets done properly. Construction work in Kerala has its own set of rules and problems, from the monsoon rains to the price of bricks changing every month. We just take it one day at a time. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual sites, making sure the measurements are right and the materials are being used correctly. It is a lot of walking around in the dirt and talking to the workers. We prefer it that way rather than sitting behind a desk all day. We have been in Muriyanal for some time and have built up a bit of a reputation just by being consistent. We do not do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling other neighbors about us. It is a simple way to run things, but it works for us and for the people we build for.
