Tcon Developers Private Limited is over at Building No. 2/179, specifically in the Surya building at Kunniyedath Pookkad. This is in Chemancheri, which is part of the Kozhikode district in Kerala. We have a regular office setup there where we manage our developing projects. Kozhikode is a busy place, and Chemancheri has its own rhythm that we’ve grown to like. Our office isn't fancy, but it’s where we do all the planning and talk to the people we work with. Building things involves a lot of small details that can get messy if you aren't careful. We try to stay on top of everything, even though some days are more difficult than others. Being in the Surya building makes us easy to locate for local residents. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s a noisy, active environment most of the time. We don’t go for big speeches or polished presentations. We just talk about what needs building and how we are going to get it done. The team here knows the local area well, which helps when we are starting a new job. It’s just honest work in a part of Kerala we really care about. We are usually around if anyone needs to drop by and talk about a project or a site. Keeping things moving forward is what we do best every day here.
