You can find us at Prabodhini, which is located on the Kottakadavu Bypass Road. We’re quite close to the Thurakkal Bus Stop, so it’s a landmark we often tell people to look for. Takeon Developers (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation. Being an OPC means it’s a pretty personal way of doing business. There isn't a huge boardroom or a fancy reception area. It's just a place where we get to work on construction plans and talk to people who want to build something. The building at 13/33C is where we spend our hours looking over budgets and trying to find the right materials. It gets a bit noisy with the bypass road right there, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the traffic. We don't use any of that fancy corporate language because we think it's better to just speak plainly. If a project is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. We don't like to overcomplicate things. We just handle the permits, the workers, and the site visits. It's a lot of running around, especially when we have multiple things going on at once. We’ve been working in this area for some time now and we know the local suppliers and the guys who do the heavy lifting. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy seeing a project go from a sketch on paper to an actual building on the ground. We just stick to the basics.
