Sweft Infra Developers LLP is located over in Kizhakkoth, right in the Thamarassery area. Our office is actually part of the Kuttiyangal House, so it’s got a very local, home-like feel to it. Kozhikode is where we do most of our work, dealing with infrastructure and development projects that pop up. It’s a busy part of the state, and there’s always something moving. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. We’re just a small group of people working from KP 15/307. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic trying to coordinate everything from here, but we like being based in the village. It keeps us close to the actual sites we work on. People stop by quite often to talk about their plans. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out on the road checking on progress. It’s hard work and the days are long, but that’s just how it goes in this line of business. The weather here in Kozhikode can be tricky for building, so we’ve learned to work around the heavy rains. We focus on getting things done without too much fuss. It's a simple operation, really. We just show up, do the job, and try to make sure everything stands up well. Being based in Thamarassery gives us a good base to reach all the different spots where projects are happening. It’s just us and our tools.
