SUNCOAST PROJECTS LLP

We are based in Malappuram, specifically in the Down Hill area. Our office is Room No: 23/280 in Tharayil Villa. It is situated on the Valiyavramba Bye Pass Road. Being on the bypass makes it pretty easy for us to get around to different sites. The pin code here is 676519. It’s a decent-sized space in the villa. We have been here for a while. The Suncoast Projects team is usually out and about, but this is where the planning happens. We keep the villa looking okay, though it’s more of a workspace than a home now. Malappuram can get quite busy, especially on the main roads, but the bye pass is a bit better. We have our meetings in the main room of the villa. It’s a bit of a mixed setup. We have our computers in one corner and some project gear in the other. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a local building where we can focus. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and schedules. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. The neighbors are quiet enough. We don’t really do much advertising or anything. Most people find us because of the work we have already done in the area. We just want to keep things moving and make sure the projects are finished. It’s a simple life at Tharayil Villa. We just do what needs doing and move on to the next.
